Current Fee Schedule for Consulting Arborist Services as of January 2023:

 

• General Assessments  - Call for rate - per hour. Includes travel, site visit, and report writing time.

• Inventory  - Call for rate - per hour or per day. Includes travel time, GIS program input and/or report.

• Appraisals – Call for rate -  per hour for research and development. Includes travel and site visit. Once the appraisal value is determined, a fee is assessed based on case information and made payable at the time of court ruling.

• Tree Risk Assessments - Call for rate - per hour. Includes travel, site visit and report writing time.

• Tomograph Testing - Call for rate. 

 

Legal Fees:

 

• Mitigation/Arbitration – Call for rate -  per hour with a 3-hour minimum 

• Litigation - Call for rate - per hour with a 3-hour minimum.

Retainers are required at time of service agreement acceptance. Invoicing will be sent accordingly.

 

4% credit card fees do apply.
